See tentative availability below. Once you request an appointment you will receive an email with either a confirmation of the appointment date and time or a denial. Appointment requests are processed on clinic business days, Tuesday through Thursday. We appreciate your patience. If your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a link via email or text message to pay the $50 booking deposit.
